Monitoring & Rebooting
Server administering is a big duty for first–time VPS end users – you need to keep track of how your virtual server is doing, to find out if it is overloaded, to find out if all the services are performing okay. It is a duty that calls for uninterrupted attention, and you most likely don’t have time to deal with this. This is why we propose that we carry out the work on your behalf. If you take advantage of our Administration Services option, we will be keeping constant track of your virtual server and all the tasks running on it. That way you’ll have much more time for your web sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups
To manually back up a Linux VPS Package definitely isn’t the simplest process on earth. You will either need to use some other server or your home PC, or, alternatively assign some 3rd–party solution. We offer a considerably easier option with our Administration Services offer. We will make a complete backup of your VPS server each week, so you never have to be worried about losing valuable information. Last but not least we can restore a backup very fast. All our backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting
With a Linux VPS Package, you will have complete freedom to run any script or service on your it. Still, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and may require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Administration Services package can help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – it means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our qualified server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any software package that you need. And/or have him fix a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
The Administration Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and it is an optional feature for our KVM Linux VPS Packages.
