Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud hosting platform and you’ve got a shared hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you set up under the domain. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a few functions, but it is really simple to use, so setting up a catch-all mailbox requires only one single click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you have will be shown in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll simply have to click on the "Catch-all" button for the specific email address. Our system will warn you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or choose a different mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as easy and requires yet another mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
You’ll be able to create a catch-all email address with no more than one click if you have a semi-dedicated hosting with our company and your emails are handled by our cloud web hosting platform. All the mailboxes that you set up with any domain hosted in the semi-dedicated hosting account will be displayed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section. Each of them will have a mini "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to activate this feature will be to click on that icon. In the same fashion you’ll be able to deactivate the feature, in case you don’t need it anymore. Our system will notify you in case you’re trying to activate a second catch-all mailbox for a certain domain name or if there is enabled email forwarding, but it will never modify or deactivate any feature automatically or without your permission.
